Alexandre is working as Senior Project Planner at our HV Solutions site in Cologne, Germany. He is continuously improving the work he has been developing the day before to ensure his clients have trust in NKT will provide in scope of work and timelines.

Andreas is working as a Product Manager at NKT in Cologne. He joined in 2015 and enjoys working with the different sites of NKT and having a lot of customer contact.

Serkan is a machine operator at our HV Solutions site in Cologne, Germany. He loves the working atmosphere and is proud to be contributing to our corridor projects.

Ali is completing a 3-year vocational training at NKT and thinks it is great how everyone is working together at NKT.

Michelle has expanded her roles and responsibilities, taken a project management education and achieved the office status as "the woman who knows everything".

It’s never just talk when it comes to Health & Safety Manager Tanja Brodersen. She walks the walk, living by her mantra: “It’s important that we are healthy and happy when we go to work, but it’s equally important that we are healthy and happy when we leave work.”

Christoph started his career at NKT as a trainee. Since then, he made huge steps forward and is now a senior project manager for NKT in Cologne. He enjoys taking on responsibility and leading teams with multi-cultural background.

Richard describes how the multicultural environment at NKT helps his work as a Senior Testing Project Manager. He needs to ensure that NKT always fullfils all requirements regarding according standardisation as well as agreements with the client, so that the cable system will be up and running for as long as possible.

Anton started at NKT as a Machine Operator, took a break and studied to become a Teacher. After a couple of years, he returned back to work with competence development for our production site in Karlskrona. One day is not like the other one, hear Anton speak about his varied workdays where every day is unique. 

Carina talks about engagement and the importance of every single colleague in her job as VP, Head of Global Marketing. One of her important missions it so convey the enthusiam of her colleagues out to the customers and the market.

Lamis explains how projects are planned and executed together and how important diversity is in her team. She also describes her typical work day as a Project Planner, involving a mix of meeting, project planning and problem solving.

Märta, Machine Operator in Karlskrona started her NKT journey as a summer worker. Being inspired after the summer, she decided to take on an educational program within Production Technology, Lean Production and is now with us for her practice.

Ole is an operator in the lab where he performs long-term testing and inspection of the cables. He enjoys being challenged professionally every day. After 25 years, he still has great job satisfaction and passion for his tasks. He knows everyone and the entire factory, which he feels a great responsibility for.

Karolina works as an operator in production on one of our hot CCV lines. It is one of our most complicated machines. She has a great passion for her work and enjoys working with her skilled colleagues. Contributing to the green transition is important to her.

Marianne started as an operator and has developed into a production manager. She helps her colleagues run the production and handle the daily challenges that arise. She enjoys working with freedom and responsibility. Her contribution to the green transition is really important to her.

Søren Frank Nielsen talks about the freedom he has in his job as a Shipping Assistant. He is happy that he and his team can plan the work themselves and that NKT is doing a lot for the green energy transition. Also after working for NKT for over 30 years he enjoys, that the factory in Asnæs was built.

Thomas is an operator in production and pulls out 8 mm copper for wires that are wrapped around the cables. He enjoys the working hours where he can work long and concentrated and then have a longer period of time off.  He wants to make his own small mark on the green future.

Josef works at NKT as a process engineer on the isolation line. He started at NKT as a seasonal part-time employee and developed to working full time as an operator of screening lines. He mentions that NKT is a great place to work because it’s a stable company in a growing industry.

Katerina works as production planning manager at NKT. She is responsible for submitting customer orders into the system and managing all the planning processes of the orders. She likes working at NKT because it’s stable and gives an opportunity to its employees to grow and face new challenges.

Johan works as a Quality Coordinator at NKT. He specializes in finding product deviations that take place in the production and works to ensure that it doesn’t happen again. He likes NKT because it provides an opportunity to develop professionally, mentioning that the culture at NKT is very open, and that he feels like he can say what he thinks.

Linnea works as a machine operator at NKT. Her job is to isolate the line or parties that then turn into a cable, what she finds best about working at NKT is the culture and that more and more females are starting to work on the production line.

Marika is a production development technician, she finds that NKT is a great place to work because it’s under constant development. NKT has a lot of big projects where she and her team need to develop new strategies and adapt the production to keep up with them.

Artur works as a machine operator at NKT in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic. He finds NKT has a nice atmosphere where everyone is ready to help each other, and with great communication between teams and colleagues.

Dagmara works as a cable design engineer at NKT. She likes NKT because she feels part of the team and always feels included in the process. She also mentions that working with an international team has helped her develop her English level.

Tomasz has worked at NKT for 7 years. He started his journey as a machine operator and in 2021 he got the opportunity to work as a tactical and operational buyer at NKT. He believes that what makes NKT a good place to work is the culture and the sense of community.

Julia is a team leader in customer service at NKT. She started working just a year ago as a consultant and after a few months she got the opportunity to be a team leader in customer service and order management. She mentions that NKT is great because it gives the opportunity to develop.

Therese works in the production environment where safety is the number one priority and finds that the secure work environment in NKT makes her and her team gain more focus on being creative and productive.

Harshita is part of the front-end engineering design team. She finds NKT a very good place, because she can challenge herself every day at work and mentions that it helps her grow not only on a professional level but on a personal level as well.

Anders thinks NKT is a great place to work because of the people, their skills and their engagement. He finds himself fortunate and lucky to be surrounded by a great team that gets the job done, no matter the challenges.

Ulrica has been working at NKT for 8 years and leads a global team that works with health, safety and environment in different customer projects. Because of our complex business she can learn new things every single day even after such a long career at NKT.

What Isac likes best about working at NKT is that there is a purpose behind the work that he and his team are doing which is to help in the ongoing environmental crisis and energy crisis in the world.

Maria is a project manager in large customer projects. She and her colleagues always look for new ways forward to reach the goals and search for good solutions for our customers and NKT. She mentions that when you start as a newcomer at NKT, everyone is very open minded and willing to help.

Marie is the third generation to work at NKT. Following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather, Marie Møller carries forward the traditions and values she was raised with in her day-to-day tasks at NKT.
