Business Controller, FP&A

As a Business Controller, FP&A, you will support the Senior Manager FP&A with cash steerco, finance processes, and the implementation of 3M forecasts. What can you expect from the position?

• Support workstream owners with defining actions, monthly follow-up, and deck preparation.
• Map and align finance processes within the business unit and across sites.
• Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare monthly business line review decks and support with forecasts and data uploads.
• Ensure smooth budget processes and FTE allocation.

You will be part of a collaborative team based in Kaunas, with occasional travel to our site in Esposende, Portugal.

What do we expect from the candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are engaged, focused on progress, and have a strong commitment to process improvement.
You also have:

• 5+ years of experience in controlling; industrial controlling experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work to tight schedules.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to support stakeholders with financial insights.
• Advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience working with SAP (or any other major ERP).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary range for this position is from 3300 Eur to 4600 Eur brutto.
