Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our Shared Service Center in Kaunas and become part of our expanding global team. What can you expect from the position?
You will be based in an international environment in a modern office in Kaunas. The role requires attention to detail, accounting skills and ability to work as part of the team. You will be processing and booking incoming invoices, handling stakeholders' and suppliers' queries, participating in period-close procedures for Accounts Payable and supporting colleagues. You can also expect to receive inquiries and deliver accurate reports for internal customers and outsourcing partners or authorities. Other tasks will be: 

• booking invoices, participating in MEC closing. 
• handling outgoing payments. 
• performing verification and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts. 
• handling inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers in a timely manner. 
• delivering assigned Impero controls/ KPI calculations. 
• participating in assigned projects to support business needs and priorities. 
• performing ad hoc tasks that require accounting skills. 

  
What do we expect from the candidate?
We will be expecting that you have a degree in Accounting/ Finance or related fields and  customer service mindset. In addition, we would expect that you have relevant professional experience supported by: 

• solid end to end AP knowledge. 
• ability to build good relationship with colleagues and stakeholders. 
• strong technical skills and attention to details. 
• fluent written and verbal English.

Salary range for this position is  from 2100 Eur brutto to 2350 Eur Brutto.
