About the position

We need machine operators for one of our production areas. As a machine operator, you, together with your team, will ensure that production runs smoothly and that quality is maintained at every step. In the role, it is important that you enjoy working practically and thoroughly, as well as you like to be faced with problems that need to be solved quickly. Safety is number one and permeates everything we do. Currently, they work in 2 and 4 shifts, but the plan is to switch to a 5 shift in the future. The assignments will start on an ongoing basis and we apply fixed-term employment of 6 months with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment.

 Your tasks include: 

•     Machine Driving 
•     Operation of associated equipment 
•     Easier maintenance in your area 
•     Documentation of the process 
•     Continuous improvement 
•     Follow-up and problem analysis 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is motivated and above all interested in working in industry. You have a desire to learn more and to contribute with your skills. You are easy to collaborate with others, are curious, meticulous and take responsibility both for your tasks but also for your and your colleagues' work environment.

 In addition to this, we see that you have: 

•     Driving licence 
•     Good knowledge of English 
•     A few years of experience working in industry is meritorious, but not mandatory 

It is an advantage if you have a forklift and overhead crane license and if you are used to working with Lean, risk observations and continuous improvements.
