Project Coordinator

NKT SSC in Kaunas is looking for a Project Coordinator. This position will support Project Manager in coordination of the key long-term strategic NKT Project related to knowledge transfer and give an amazing opportunity to travel Europe and the world while working in diverse environment, with people from different countries, backgrounds and functions.

What can you expect from the position?

• support Project Manager in execution and driving project - related tasks;
• actively communicate with stakeholders involved in the project;
• organize events (e.g. training sessions, meetings with experts, international meetings involving employees from different countries and business partners);
• create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• prepare and provide clear project execution reports to Project Manager.

What do we expect from the candidate? 

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and minimum 2 years' experience in project management or project coordination. Also, we expect you to have:

• significant experience working in international environment;
• high level of flexibility, tolerance to workflow plan changes;
• ability and willingness to travel in Europe and East Asia up to 50% of working time;
• ability to work within tight timelines and on multiple tasks in parallel;
• excellent written and spoken English language skills;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• excellent stakeholder management skills;
• excellent planning and project management skills;
• good problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach and pro-active attitude;
• solid organizational skills including attention to detail and time management skills;
• strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
• experience and / or education in the fields related to manufacturing, engineering, services is a plus;
• project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
