Based at NKT in Velké Meziříčí, your job will be to develop an optimal production plan with focus on our capacity, warehouses and customer requirements. In addition, defining and managing optimal inventory of materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with the yearly budget and forecasts. To analyze, define and maintain the necessary safety stocks of material and modify them in accordance with the production plan.create a budget for individual departments and their effective management. You will have a unique opportunity to work together with the purchasing department on the long-term development of our plants, the production plan according to S&OP and the transport strategy.

Your further tasks are:

• Storage of finished products in Velké Meziříčí plants in accordance with applicable regulations, laws and customer requirements
• Preparation of a production plan in accordance with customer requirements
• Operative procurement
• Safe storage and transport of products and materials

Practical judgment and proven experience

We are looking for an independent, team-structured and goal-oriented person with practical judgment and analytical thinking. Experienced within production planning is important for us, preferably in the supply chain. Experienced within internal and external logistics, operational purchasing and project management.

In addition, we also expect:

• Experience in supply chain min. 5 years
• Knowledge of S&OP (IBP)
• Knowledge of logistics processes and planning methods
• Knowledge of the process of transport / transportation management of materials and goods
• Project management
• English language - business conversation
• German or  French is a plus, but not a prerequisite
• Knowledge of SAP

Our factory is running 24/7. You will work closely together with your team, reporting to Plant Director. The position is for 37,5 hours per week with some flexibility in order to uphold the production flow, possibility to work from home, employer′s pension contribution, meal vouchers and other benefits.
