You will be responsible for the technical and commercial planning, organisation and execution of factory acceptance of our products (cables and trimmings) in connection with a wide variety of high voltage cable system projects, as well as managing the FAT Coordinator. You will ensure excellence by ensuring that schedule coordination between our cable plant and our customers is executed efficiently and in accordance with customer expectations, contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

You will be responsible for the following aspects: 

You will be execution responsible for coordinating iFAT's/FAT's as well as Type Tests in collaboration with internal departments, business partners and the international NKT customers and take on personnel and leadership responsibilities. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring the further development of the employees and are responsible for occupational safety. Your agenda also includes the coordination of the entire FAT process based on templates and the continuous progress tracking of cable and wire production with a focus on on-time completion. You validate and check test report templates for form and content and prepare individual test reports for customer acceptance. Further key tasks are:

  • Aggregating the test protocols after customer acceptance and providing the test certificates for customer signature as well as handing over the entire test documentation.
  • Preparation/coordination of various elements of the project documentation for the preparation of qualified final documentation
  • On-site customer support
  • Continuous improvement of the process to increase customer satisfaction


To connect a greener world, you should have the following skills and experience:

You have a completed technical or commercial education with experience in project management and/or production and have experience in the production of cables and customer requirements as well as standards and specifications. A customer-oriented and confident manner, process and technical understanding, negotiating skills as well as very high flexibility and a high degree of communication skills round off your profile. You also have strong communication, moderation and service skills and a high degree of coordination ability. Further important qualifications are:

  • Very good knowledge of English as well as other foreign languages desirable (Italian/French/Spanish).
  • Responsible, conscientious and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and quick comprehension
  • Very high safety awareness
