The aim of the role of Office Manager will be to organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate smooth running of an office and will carry out a range of administrative tasks.

Wide range of responsibility:

  • Front Office activities and administration.

  • Welcoming visitors and vendors.

  • Maintain security by implementing procedures and procedures and controlling access (access control, monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

  • Contribute to company events’ planning

  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.

  • Responsible for recovery and continuity planning

  • Supervision, communication and cooperation with local vendors and suppliers.

  • Maintain the good condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.

  • Maintain safe and secure working environment.

  • Be first contact to office building landlord and employees relating to entrance cards, parking and etc.

  • Support local teams with ad-hoc requests

Requirements for the position:

We are looking for person who is responsible, communicative, and always shares smile and good mood with others. You will not only be our Company face, but You will work with various activities. We expect that you have:

  • Higher education degree in Administration is an advantage

  • Proven work experience as a corporate Office Manager, Receptionist or similar role

  • Fluent skills of Lithuanian and English languages both verbal and written

  • Knowledge of business and management principles.

  • Good Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.

  • Good organizational skills, persistency, and structure.

Salary from 1600 EUR Gross
