Our international graduate program extends over 18 months and you will be employed from day one with all benefits our employees normally have.

The programme consists of a combination between theory and job rotations, both domestic and international. The setup of the graduate programme will give you a unique possibility to learn aout our industry, customer needs and key competitors as well as about our company from ground and up. You will work in an international environment, across functions and establish a strong company network. The experience includes both theoretical as well as practical aspects, and our common training modules will give you exciting opportunities to bond with other programme participants and senior company representatives.
